Client Services Administrator
26,230 per annum

A well-established organisation is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Administrator to join its busy and supportive team.
This role is ideal for an experienced administrator who enjoys building strong client relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and managing a varied workload in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring client requests are handled efficiently, professionally, and accurately.
Key Responsibilities- Action client instructions in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage customer payments received at the office.
- Process incoming correspondence, including emails and written communications.
- Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks.
- Produce and distribute remittance information to clients.
- Complete banking procedures, including payment posting and associated administration.
- Conduct investigations to obtain updated contact information where required.
- Provide administrative support to operational teams.
- Respond to client enquiries via telephone, email, and social media channels.
- Deliver a high standard of service while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Strong IT skills and confidence using business social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
