Are you an organised and detail-focused Administrator looking for a part-time temporary job in Scarborough ? Would you like a varied administrative position where accuracy, organisation and providing excellent support are at the heart of what you do? If so, this Part-Time Administrator role could be the opportunity you are looking for.
Working Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 9am5pm , you will be joining a busy and supportive team, providing essential administrative support and helping to ensure records, appointments and day-to-day processes are managed accurately and efficiently. What the Administrator job involves As an Administrator, you will be responsible for a varied administrative workload, including:
Processing new registrations and ensuring all information is recorded accurately. Processing deductions and updating internal records accordingly. Organising and maintaining manual files, ensuring documentation is filed correctly and kept in order. Contacting individuals by telephone to arrange and book appointments. Updating information and maintaining accurate records on internal systems. Carrying out data entry and ensuring information is processed accurately. Supporting with filing, scanning and other general administrative duties.
Managing a varied workload and ensuring administrative tasks are completed efficiently and within required timescales. Working closely with colleagues across the team and providing additional administrative support when required. Skills required Previous experience within an administration, coordination or office-based role. Strong administrative and data entry skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office packages.
Good written and verbal communication skills, including confidence communicating over the telephone. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload. A conscientious and methodical approach to your work. The ability to work effectively as part of a busy team. Proactive and willing to learn new systems and processes. Other information Part-time temporary position. 22.5 hours per week.
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. 9am5pm. 30-minute lunch break. On-street parking available with no restrictions.
