Project Administrator

I am looking for a Project Administrator to support the planning and delivery of engineering projects from my clients Stafford office.

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to Project Managers and engineering teams.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, schedules and key project documentation.
• Monitor project actions, milestones and deliverables.
• Organise meetings, take minutes and follow up actions.
• Produce project reports, updates and management information.
• Maintain document registers and ensure project information is accurate and up to date.
• Support project cost tracking, invoicing, purchase orders and general project administration.
• Coordinate information between internal teams, clients and suppliers.
• Highlight potential delays, issues or risks to the Project Manager.

• Previous experience in Project Administration, Project Coordination or Project Support.
• Experience working in an engineering or infrastructure environment.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicating with engineers, project managers and other stakeholders.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience with project planning or systems such as MS Project, Primavera P6, SharePoint or Power BI would be advantageous.
