About the Role

Are you highly organised, proactive and someone who takes pride in keeping projects running smoothly?

We’re looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join our operations team, supporting the successful delivery of commercial fit-out projects for business clients.

Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams, you’ll play a key role in coordinating the day‑to‑day activities that keep projects organised, efficient and on track.

From procurement and supplier coordination to project documentation, site logistics and operational support, you’ll help ensure that the right information, materials and resources are in place at the right time.

Experience in construction, commercial fit-out or project delivery would be beneficial, but we’re equally interested in candidates with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to getting things done.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of commercial fit-out projects, working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, subcontractors, suppliers and the wider operations team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Project Managers with the day-to-day coordination, administration and delivery of commercial fit-out projects.
  • Coordinating project setup, customer communications, meetings and site documentation, including Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) and Construction Phase Plans.
  • Recording actions from weekly operations meetings, tracking progress and following up on outstanding tasks.
  • Managing the central purchasing inbox, raising purchase orders for materials and subcontractor services, and maintaining accurate order records.
  • Checking supplier invoices against purchase orders, resolving discrepancies and ensuring invoices are approved or escalated within agreed deadlines.
  • Coordinating deliveries and ensuring materials, drawings, plans and installation instructions are available when required.
  • Liaising with Site Managers, subcontractors and internal teams to coordinate resources, resolve issues and keep projects moving forward.
  • Maintaining accurate timesheets, project records, subcontractor details, insurance documents and compliance information.
  • Compiling project information and producing complete Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manuals at project completion.
  • Coordinating practical site requirements, including welfare facilities, signage, equipment and other essential resources.
  • Supporting warehouse organisation, stock control, office supplies and company vehicle maintenance schedules.
  • Keeping operational systems, records and facilities organised to ensure the wider team has the information and resources needed to deliver projects successfully.

This is a varied, hands‑on role where strong organisation, attention to detail and a proactive approach will make a real difference to project delivery.

You’ll be well suited to this role if you’re organised, methodical and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy environment.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent organisational skills and can manage competing tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Takes pride in accuracy, attention to detail and maintaining high standards.
  • Enjoys working with processes, checklists, documentation and structured systems.
  • Communicates confidently and professionally with colleagues, customers, suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Is comfortable using computer systems and software to manage records, track information and support administration.
  • Takes ownership of tasks, follows up on outstanding actions and ensures…
