Key Responsibilities
- Support Engineering and Quality teams by expediting critical supplier documentation
- Coordinate supplier deviation requests and non-conformances, ensuring proper tracking and closure
- Manage the return and repair process for non-conforming materials
- Assist with claim management related to supplier delays and quality issues, including COPQ tracking
- Support the issue of contractual correspondence to suppliers in line with quality requirements
- Track supplier progress, build strong working relationships, and conduct supplier visits as required
- Manage import processes and customs clearance where applicable
- 1–3 years’ experience in procurement or purchasing, ideally within direct materials
- Understanding of logistics, with exposure to imports preferred
- Strong attention to detail and well‑organised approach
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, problem‑solving mindset with commercial awareness
- Full, valid driving licence required
- Willingness to travel across the EU as part of the role
