Job Description

Contracts Administration will hold wing‑to‑wing ownership for the timely delivery of customer orders, ensuring a smooth transition from order placement to final payment collection. The role serves as the primary point of contact for complex contract requirements, working closely with global manufacturing units, finance teams, and customers to maintain operational excellence and commercial compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the timely processing and verification of customer orders to align with technical specifications and commercial agreements.
  • Manage end‑to‑end logistics and export processes to ensure goods are delivered accurately and compliantly.
  • Coordinate between internal manufacturing units and external suppliers to expedite delivery schedules and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Ensure precise invoicing and facilitate proactive cash collection in line with agreed payment terms.
  • Foster strong relationships with cross‑functional stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, and Marketing, to provide seamless support and resolve complex queries.
  • Improve existing workflows by identifying opportunities to optimize order processing and implement practical solutions for customers.
Qualifications
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Understanding of commercial contract principles, international shipping documentation, and export logistics.
  • Experience navigating ERP systems to manage order data, invoicing, and reporting accurately.
  • Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders to drive results and resolve issues.
  • Interest in continuous improvement and ways to enhance service delivery.
Location & Working Model

This is a permanent position based in our Stafford office. We offer a hybrid working model, providing flexibility to work from the office or from home.
