• Degree level qualification or equivalent.
• Relevant Social Work qualification registered with Social Work England.
• Management qualification or significant management training.
• Extensive experience in social work services for children and families.
• In‑depth knowledge of Residential services and safeguarding practices.
• Substantial experience in managing residential services for children and young people.
• Proficiency in supervisory and management practices and relevant HR procedures.
• Prior experience in partnership working and integrated service delivery.
