Foreman Working (Civils) role at Tie Talent

Date commence: 19th August 2025

Length of contract: 14-16 weeks

Hours of work: 7:30am - 4:30pm

Hourly rate: £25 per hour - CIS

Starting next week on an 80 bed care home project. This role is to manage 3-5 workers onsite as a working civils foreman; 2 x Ground workers and 1 x 360 operator above 10 ton may be required.

• Manage the site and the works of ground workers onsite
• Read drawings and liaise with the client and company
• Meet deadlines and maintain site standards

• CSCS/ NPORS Card
• SSSTS
• PPE

• Experience as a working foreman onsite
• Managed gangs onsite
• Good communication skills
• Ability to read drawings
• Good timekeeper
• Manage hours effectively

You will be paid via Marvel Payroll; an Account Manager will contact you before you start work. All workers will be paid by CIS.
