Position: Project Coordinator (Permanent)
We’re looking for an organised, driven, and highly communicative Project Co-ordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in progressing into a Project Manager role in the future, with a clear development pathway and full training provided.

As a Project Co-ordinator, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth delivery of flooring projects across multiple new build housing sites. You’ll liaise closely with Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and our internal Installation and Estimating teams to ensure flooring is ordered, scheduled, and installed accurately and efficiently.

We’re looking for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys problem-solving, and can juggle multiple projects at once while maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaising with Site Managers and Quantity Surveyors when plots are called off for flooring installation
Checking flooring specifications and comparing them against original pricing and orders received
Raising flooring orders and ensuring materials are correctly sourced and delivered on time
Working closely with the Installation Manager to arrange fitting dates, times, and floor fitter availability
Managing multiple sites simultaneously
Handling queries and resolving issues before, during, and after installation
Ensuring smooth communication between all parties to maintain project timelines
Contributing to continuous improvement within the project delivery process

Skills and Experience:

Previous experience in a project support, co-ordination, construction, or fast-paced administrative role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational ability with the capacity to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Confident multitasker able to manage numerous sites at once
A proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail
Competent using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Interest in developing into a Project Manager role
