Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor on a 6 month rolling contract based in Stafford – Hybrid (Site).
To support the commercial management of infrastructure projects, ensuring effective cost control, accurate financial reporting, and proper subcontract administration.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and manage interim valuations and final accounts.
* Produce accurate cost reports and forecasts.
* Monitor project budgets and identify commercial risks and opportunities.
* Administer subcontractor packages, including payments, variations, and change control.
* Support procurement activities and commercial negotiations as required.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within infrastructure projects.
* Strong understanding of commercial management and cost control processes.
* Experience in subcontract administration and valuation procedures.
* Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
