Assistant Site Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a well-established residential developer on a new-build housing development in Newcastle-under-Lyme.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable contractor and play a key role in the successful delivery of a high-quality residential scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the development.
• Ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• Coordinate subcontractors and monitor progress on site.
• Assist with quality inspections and snagging.
• Help maintain programme deadlines and site records.
• Promote and enforce health & safety procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager or Site Manager on new-build residential developments.
• SMSTS certificate.
• CSCS card.
• First Aid at Work certificate.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• A proactive approach with a keen eye for quality and detail.
