An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Construction Project Manager to manage a diverse portfolio of construction, civil engineering and M&E projects across a large operational estate.

You will be responsible for managing multiple construction, civil engineering and M&E projects across a varied estate, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects throughout the full project lifecycle
  • Deliver construction, civils and M&E projects
  • Oversee project planning, design and delivery
  • Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and Health & Safety legislation
  • Manage project budgets, programmes and resources
  • Liaise with contractors, consultants and statutory authorities
  • Manage supply chain performance and contractual compliance
  • Ensure projects meet environmental, operational and quality requirements
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Produce and maintain project documentation and reports
  • HNC or equivalent qualification in Construction, Project Management or a related discipline
  • Proven experience managing construction or hard FM projects
  • Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations and Health & Safety legislation
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Experience working within MOD, defence or secure environments
  • Experience delivering projects within protected environments, forestry or range infrastructure
  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary contractors and supply chains
