Regulatory Compliance Specialist
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Construction Project Manager to manage a diverse portfolio of construction, civil engineering and M&E projects across a large operational estate.

You will be responsible for managing multiple construction, civil engineering and M&E projects across a varied estate, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage projects throughout the full project lifecycle
- Deliver construction, civils and M&E projects
- Oversee project planning, design and delivery
- Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and Health & Safety legislation
- Manage project budgets, programmes and resources
- Liaise with contractors, consultants and statutory authorities
- Manage supply chain performance and contractual compliance
- Ensure projects meet environmental, operational and quality requirements
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Produce and maintain project documentation and reports
- HNC or equivalent qualification in Construction, Project Management or a related discipline
- Proven experience managing construction or hard FM projects
- Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations and Health & Safety legislation
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience working within MOD, defence or secure environments
- Experience delivering projects within protected environments, forestry or range infrastructure
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary contractors and supply chains

What’s on Offer- Up to £54,115.86 per annum
- £500 per month Car Allowance

- Monday to Friday
- Regional travel across Wales & the West (travel expenses covered)
