A family-run business in the Stoke on Trent area is seeking a motivated individual to join their team in a customer service and sales support capacity. Responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, processing returns and sales, updating records, and handling invoices. Candidates should ideally have a background in telecoms or electronics and experience with software such as Sage and Microsoft Outlook.

Full training on their unique product will be provided, and salary is negotiable based on experience.
