Stone, Stafford
Full-Time | 37.5 hours per week
£24,570 per annum

MPJ Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a well-established, family-run Enforcement and Debt Recovery Agency that has been supporting clients across England and Wales since 1993. With decades of expertise in debt recovery, commercial rent arrears, local taxation enforcement, and High Court enforcement, this organisation has built a reputation for professionalism, fairness, and results.
Now, they're looking for a motivated and empathetic Contact Centre Agent to join their growing team.

The Role
As a Contact Centre Agent, you'll handle a variety of customer interactions across phone, email, and live chat. You'll work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver fair, compliant, and solution-focused outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing:
Managing inbound and outbound customer communications
Negotiating affordable and sustainable repayment plans
Providing empathetic, tailored support to customers
Ensuring full compliance with regulatory and client requirements
Keeping accurate, up-to-date records across internal systems
Working closely with your team to continuously improve service standards
Working Hours
Monday to Friday across rotating shift patterns:
08:00 - 16:30
09:30 - 18:00
12:00 - 20:00
Plus the occasional Saturday (08:00 - 14:00).
