We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate Client Care Advisor to join our team. If you enjoy providing great service and working in a team, we have just the opportunity for you at our Stafford practice!

This role is full time working 38 hours per week including some Saturday work.

• Provide exceptional service to our clients and the best care possible to their pets, acting as a link between clients and the clinical team. Build strong relationships with clients, their pets and the practice team.
• Deliver great client service during a client’s visit ensuring their satisfaction so that they leave knowing they have received exceptional service and look forward to their next visit.
• Greet each client and offer support, guidance, and expertise, managing payments and future bookings confidently. Coordinate the smooth running of day‑to‑day routines of the practice using our online booking system; computer literacy is a must.

• Friendly and welcoming face for the client and their pets when they arrive at the practice.
• Provide guidance by keeping yourself fully up to speed with the practice services and any additional services available.
• Calm, attentive and always focus on the clients’ needs.
• Bring enthusiasm and drive to your role. Passion for service matched with love of pets.
• Handle all situations, from comforting a client after bad news about their pet to sharing in the joy of a new puppy’s first visit.
• Personality is infectious, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere with colleagues.
