Band D (SCP 5-7) £25,948.95 – £26,403 per annum, pro rata (pay award pending)
29.6 hours per week, Permanent.
Working hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday – 8.30am to 17.00pm;
Friday – 8.30am to 16.30pm.

The Role
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer‑focused Customer Service Advisor to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for residents, businesses, and visitors, providing high quality advice and support across a wide range of council services. Working in a fast‑paced environment, you will handle enquiries by phone, online, and in person, ensuring customers receive accurate information and excellent service.
