Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated customer service professional to deliver accurate information regarding schedules, routes, and services. You will assist customers with queries, changes, and cancellations, and promptly inform them about schedule changes, delays, and cancellations. Admin responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

This is a full‑time, 9‑month secondment opportunity, predominantly working Monday to Friday on a rotating shift covering the hours of 06:00 to 14:00 and 12:00 to 20:00. Some flexibility is requested due to the nature of logistics.
