Wednesday – Thursday and Friday

Your role as Customer Relations Advisor

• Handle a large variety of customer enquiries and complaints from first contact through to escalation, where necessary.
• Manage large amounts of customer telephone calls and web contact forms while maintaining thorough and accurate customer records.
• Keep sensitive customer data and financial records private and confidential, and be aware of the data protection legislation.

• Empathetic and positive approach.
• Clear, concise communication.
• Great time management skills.
• Competency on Excel, Word and email systems.
