• OTE: £40,000
• Working Hours:
  
  Week 1: 8:00am – 5:30pm | Week 2: 8:30am – 6:00pm | Saturday Mornings on a rota

Our client, a busy and well-established main dealership in Burton upon Trent, is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join their successful aftersales team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor looking to step into a more senior role, acting as the link between the front-of-house team and the workshop while helping to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

• Acting as the link between the workshop and the front-of-house service team
• Preparing and managing workshop job cards to ensure efficient workflow
• Supporting the Service Advisors with day-to-day operational queries
• Handling complex customer concerns and resolving issues professionally
• Liaising closely with technicians and Workshop Control to monitor repair progress
• Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and aftersales service
• Supporting the Aftersales team in maintaining workshop efficiency and productivity

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealer or busy automotive environment
• Experience dealing with customer escalations and resolving complex issues
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work confidently between the workshop and customer-facing teams
• A professional, proactive, and customer-focused approach
• Full UK Driving Licence preferred
