This is an excellent opportunity to join their team as a Part-Time Customer Service Outbound Caller on a temporary to permanent basis, offering £12.82 per hour, uncapped commission and an immediate start.

Job Role

* Making outbound calls to business customers to discuss outstanding debt

* Speaking with customers to understand individual circumstances and support the collection of outstanding payments

* Building positive rapport and maintaining professional relationships throughout customer conversations

* Handling potentially sensitive conversations confidently, professionally and with understanding

* Sending emails and correspondence to customers and following up where required

* Updating and maintaining accurate customer information on the internal database

* Managing customer queries and working towards positive resolutions

* Working closely with the wider team to support the efficient management of customer accounts

Skills and Experience

* Demonstrating previous experience within a telephone-based customer service environment

* Possessing confident and professional communication skills with a natural telephone manner

* Demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly

* Being comfortable discussing sensitive subjects, including outstanding debt

* Demonstrating resilience and remaining professional during challenging conversations

* Possessing a proactive and hard-working approach with the motivation to achieve results
