Customer Service Advisor Pertemps Bond

Customer Service Advisor
£13.20 per hour
Monday to Friday | 8:00am–4:30pm
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and fast-paced team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong office administration and customer service experience. You will be responsible for providing essential support to customers while assisting with a range of administrative duties.
Main Responsibilities:- Handling customer support emails and communicating directly with customers
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer queries
- Booking orders and processing customer requests
- Reporting and tracking deliveries
- Filing and managing documents
- Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service
- Previous office and customer service experience is essential
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Good IT and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment
- A positive and professional approach to customer service
