Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality Maths teaching across relevant key stages
Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that support strong progress
Set high expectations to inspire, motivate, and challenge students
Assess, monitor, and report on student progress effectively
Contribute to the wider life of the organisation and support its strategic development
Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve outcomes and share best practice
Maintain high standards of behaviour, safeguarding, and professional conduct Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching Maths at secondary level
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for your specialism
Proven ability to inspire and motivate students
Commitment to continuous professional development
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Strong communication and organisational skills
Enhanced DBS check required
