Smile Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Staffordshire to recruit a General Cover Supply Teacher. Responsibilities of the General Cover Supply Teacher Role:

Deliver pre-set lessons across a range of subjects at Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 experience is a bonus)
Ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the regular class teacher
Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
Provide feedback on student progress to relevant teaching staff
Uphold all safeguarding and school policies consistently

This General Cover Teacher position is ideal for someone who is flexible, reliable, and passionate about education, and who enjoys working in a dynamic school environment.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience in UK secondary schools
Confidence delivering lessons across a variety of subjects
