Smile Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Staffordshire to recruit a General Cover Supply Teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a school known for its strong community values, student-centred approach, and commitment to staff development.

• Deliver pre-set lessons across a range of subjects at Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 experience is a bonus)
• Ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the regular class teacher
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
• Provide feedback on student progress to relevant teaching staff
• Uphold all safeguarding and school policies consistently

This General Cover Teacher position is ideal for someone who is flexible, reliable, and passionate about education, and who enjoys working in a dynamic school environment.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience in UK secondary schools
• Confidence delivering lessons across a variety of subjects
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to supporting learning

• Daily rate of (Apply online only)
• PAYE and Umbrella payment options
• Holiday pay of 12.07%
• Referral scheme up to 200
• Dedicated consultant working within your area
