The school is looking for a determined Teaching Assistant for the potential of a permanent position. The successful Teaching Assistant will be confident and adaptable in working with students with SEND, helping them to meet their milestones and goals and giving them 1 to 1 support. The applicant would also have to work closely with Teachers to support the classroom.

• Experience working with students with PMLD, ASC, and MLD Needs
• A calm, patient, and caring personality
• A good understanding of child and adult protection and safeguarding guidelines
• Experience in working with supporting students in their education on a 1:1 and a small group basis
