Teaching Assistant

Teaching Assistant - KS1 and KS2 - Stafford and surrounding regions.

We are currently recruiting Teaching Assistant's for both daily supply and long-term supply opportunities working in our schools across Stafford and the South Staffordshire regions.

These roles offer the opportunity to work alongside some fabulous class teachers in a range of different, supportive primary school settings. This post offers opportunities for more long-term teaching assistant roles which provide consistency and support for both yourself, pupils and staff over an extended period. Alternatively, you could work on daily supply, which offers you complete flexibility to work around your own life and commitments whilst supporting a range of year groups and pupils across a variety of different schools.

The role includes:

Providing excellent support to pupils in class whether this be; whole class support, small groups, or 1:1.
Working for a reputable education agency - Academics Ltd.
Assisting the class teacher on a daily basis with learning activities and classroom routines.
Helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment for all of the pupils.
Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.

We are looking for candidates who:

Have experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting.
Are reliable, adaptable, and committed to working within fantastic schools supporting a range of pupils and their needs.
Able to work within KS1 or KS2, supporting pupils through their learning journey ly registered to work for Academics.
Can commute to Stafford and surrounding areas.
Enhanced DBSPay: £90 - £100 a day (dependent upon experience). Holiday pay is included on day rate.
