Primary Teacher - EYFS - Stafford and surrounding areas

We are seeking a passionate, nurturing, and enthusiastic Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Primary Teacher to join our Stafford schools and help to provide an exceptional start to our learners' educational journey. This role is incredibly rewarding, as a primary teacher within the Early Years you are shaping children's early experiences of school and building the foundations for lifelong learning.

As an EYFS supply primary teacher, you will create a safe environment where children feel secure, valued, and inspired to explore, in every school that you visit. Your job role is on a temporary basis; in some cases, we may offer day-to-day work, short-term or long-term roles within our schools located in Stafford and surrounding areas.

The role includes:

Working for a reputable education agency - Academics Ltd.
Teaching within EYFS on a supply basis; this may be through day-to-day, short-term or long-term work.
Delivering a combination of pre-planned lessons to your class.
Planning duties may be needed for work that is on more of a long-term basis.
Able to manage classroom behaviour effectively and quickly in new environments.
Adapting quickly to different school settings, this is crucial.

We are looking for someone who:

Qualified Teaching Status (QTS). This role is suitable for ECT's.
Knowledge of the Early Years Framework and milestones children are expected to hit during these years.
Enhanced DBS.
Provide 2 teaching references.
Comfortable commuting to Stafford and surrounding areas on a daily basis.
Available to start ASAP.
Confident to teach planned lessons.
Fully registered to work with Academics.

Pay: £140 - £159 a day (dependent upon experience). Holiday pay is included on day rate.
