Teaching Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistants/ Early Years Practitioners to join our team in the Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire & Cheshire East area. As a Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers in providing a positive learning environment for students.

We have many part-time placements, however, requests for full-time (5 days a week) placement requests are now at their highest level, across both SEN schools and new mainstream provisions - so there are lots of opportunities to suit your availability and experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
• Support students within the class our out of the classroom as required
• Collaborate with teachers to create engaging learning experiences

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students and colleagues
• Experience working with children, particularly in education settings
• Ability to support students effectively.
• Must be qualified to at least Level 3 in Education or Childcare (or equivalent)

Level 3 is preferential
