Reception Teacher

Responsibilities

• Planning, delivering, and assessing lessons in a creative and engaging manner
• Working alongside the Teaching Assistant
• Safeguarding all pupils
• Marking work in line with the school’s policy
• Attending meetings where necessary

This Primary Teacher role is due to start September 2026 and is expected to continue until December 2026.

• Experience teaching either EYFS or Key Stage 1 (KS1)
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills
• Commitment to the role
• A strong school reference from your most recent employer or school placement

The school is located in Stafford and is easily accessible from Brocton, Penkridge and Gnosall. On-site parking is available.
