• Provide effective cover supervision for Stafford Junior School during term time.

• Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment for pupils.

• Support teaching staff and contribute to classroom activities.

• Manage behaviour and foster positive relationships with pupils.

• Deliver Physical Education where required.

• Assist with student welfare and safeguarding procedures.

• Participate in professional development and school meetings.

• Excellent understanding of learning.

• Ability and enthusiasm to teach PE would be an advantage.

• Strong behaviour management skills and understanding of the importance of strong relationships.

• Warmth, patience, strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Team player supportive of colleagues, flexible and adaptable to change.
