Behaviour Support Worker – Schools & Wellbeing

KICK, a Christian charity in Stafford, is seeking a passionate behaviour support worker to enhance the lives of young people through sport and support. In this role, you will work closely within a school setting, helping students to overcome learning barriers and improve their well-being.

Your responsibilities will include creating support plans, building strong relationships with students and staff, and supporting students' emotional and behavioral needs. The ideal candidate will be a committed Christian with experience working with children, dedicated to inspiring and motivating young people.
