QTS Tutor: GCSE/Secondary
Job Title: QTS Tutor - GCSE/ Secondary
Location: Cannock
Pay Rate: 25-30 per hour
Job Type: Temporary Part-Time Flexible Hours
Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and curriculum-aligned tuition in Maths and English up to GCSE level.
- Plan and deliver personalised lessons that meet individual learning needs.
- Support students with a range of abilities, including those with additional learning needs.
- Monitor progress, set achievable targets, and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive and motivating learning environment.
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is essential.
- Experience teaching Maths and/or English at secondary GCSE level.
- Strong subject knowledge and ability to adapt lessons to different learners.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Right to work in the UK.
- Experience supporting students with SEN or SEMH needs.
- Background in tutoring or delivering targeted interventions.
This role is for a qualified teacher who is passionate about helping students succeed in their GCSEs and offers flexible hours that fit around your schedule.
