We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Functional Skills Tutor to deliver 1:1 tuition in English and/or Maths to learners in Stafford. This is a rewarding opportunity to support individuals in gaining confidence, achieving qualifications, and reaching their personal goals.

As a Functional Skills Tutor, you will:
- Deliver engaging and personalised 1:1 Functional Skills tuition.
- Support learners in English and/or Maths at Entry Level to Level 2.
- Plan lessons tailored to individual learning needs and goals.
- Build learners' confidence and motivation.
- Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies to maximise achievement.
- Experience teaching or tutoring Functional Skills English and/or Maths
- A strong understanding of the Functional Skills curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient, encouraging, and adaptable approach
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Right to work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
