At PK Education, we are supporting schools across Birmingham and Walsall with recruiting enthusiastic and motivated ECT s for supply, long-term and potential permanent opportunities across Primary and Secondary settings.

• Day-to-day supply cover
• Short-term teaching assignments
• Long-term placements
• Temp-to-perm opportunities

• Deliver pre-planned and engaging lessons
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Maintain classroom behaviour and learning expectations
• Adapt confidently to different school settings
• Follow safeguarding and school procedures

• QTS or pending QTS status
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• A flexible and professional approach

• Competitive rates of pay from between £150 £ 165 per day (AWR Compliant)
• On the job training provided by the school
