Teacher Active is recruiting a Level 2 Teaching Assistant for a full-time, long-term position in Shenstone beginning September. The role supports primary-aged pupils with SEMH needs, including ASC and communication difficulties, following bespoke behaviour and risk management plans.
The successful candidate will hold a Level 2 TA qualification or equivalent, be calm under pressure, and bring resilience and confidence to working with challenging behaviours.
