Teacher Active is recruiting a Behaviour Support Officer for a specialist SEMH primary school in Lichfield. This role is full-time and long-term with immediate start.
You will provide 1:1 and small group mentoring, support learning and behaviour both in and outside the classroom, and develop individual behaviour support plans to improve pupil outcomes. The ideal candidate will have SEMH experience, ability to deliver interventions, and a resilient, consistent approach to building relationships
