John Taylor Multi Academy Trust (JTMAT) believes in the power of education to improve lives - and the world. As a partner academy in JTMAT, we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed person to the role of Inclusion Support Assistant and to join our evolving organisation. We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate new member to join our well established and supportive inclusion support team.

You will be helping to support students within the classroom, enabling them to flourish both academically and socially. This is a very varied and rewarding role with full training and support given to the right candidate. The successful candidate will:

  • Work under the direct instruction of the SENDCo and teaching staff, usually in the classroom with the teacher.
Applicants must have:
  • Good numeracy/literacy skills.
