• Planning and delivering engaging lessons within your specialist subject
• Supporting student progress across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Monitoring, assessing and tracking student achievement
• Maintaining high expectations of behaviour and engagement
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents and support staff
• Contributing to the wider life of the school

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching within a secondary school environment
• Strong classroom management skills
• Passion for high-quality teaching and learning
• Ability to motivate and inspire young people
• Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
• ECTs and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply
