Apex Resources Limited are on the lookout for a Quantity surveyor for a permanent role in Stafford.
This is a senior commercial position within a contractor operating across high-value AMP8 water and utilities schemes. You will take ownership of commercial performance while supporting and mentoring junior commercial staff.
Key Duties- Leading commercial delivery on major infrastructure projects
- Managing NEC contracts, compensation events, and risk
- Producing cost forecasts and reporting to senior management
- Supporting development of QS and AQS team members
- Strong NEC contract expertise
- Water, utilities, or heavy civils project background
- Experience operating at QS level
- Confident managing commercial risk and performance
