RAMS Engineer
Certain Advantage is hiring for a RAMS Engineer based in the Staffordshire area.
This role is on a contract basis and is site-based.

The Role:

This role is for a RAMS Engineer—someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You’ll be results-oriented and driven to succeed.
You’ll be leading a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:

Conduct RAMS studies for HVDC projects and tenders, covering both LCC and VSC.
Define spare part requirements and maintenance strategies.
Establish and monitor RAMS study structures, processes, and KPI.
Chair 3D Model Reviews with a specific focus on maintainability.
Lead engagement with OEMs, and manage interface control documents.
Direct maintainability deliverables and coordinate with consultants.

The Individual
We’re looking for people who can show:

Educational background to a degree level in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Practical exposure to performing RAMS Engineering, RAM Assessment and management, RAM “V” cycle
HVDC systems
