Location: UK with Global Travel to site locations

What you’ll do

Lead on‑site installation, commissioning, maintenance, and warranty activities for power transformers.
Own your part in site execution — from unloading and erection to oil processing, testing, and handover — with safety as the top priority.
Act as the technical lead with customers, project managers, and vendors to resolve issues and deliver solutions.
Prepare and manage site documentation including RAMS, NCRs, technical reports, and commissioning records.
Coach and coordinate site teams to build capability and ensure quality delivery.
Support tenders and long‑term service contracts with strong technical input.

What you bring

Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
Strong hands‑on experience with power transformer commissioning and site activities — HVDC experience.
Proven ability to co‑ordinate site teams, support customers, and solve problems under pressure.
Solid understanding of field services, construction sites, and EHS requirements.
Fluent English and willingness to travel globally.
