Conference & Events Manager £30-33k Full time (40 hours Monday-Sunday on rota) / Permanent The role itself Lead the full planning and delivery of conferences, corporate events, and luxury social occasions, managing everything from proposals to on-the-day coordination. Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships, ensuring seamless communication, and conducting post-event feedback. Oversee event setup, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution.

Drive event revenue through strategic pricing and upselling while managing budgets, forecasting, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives.
