As a key member of our Finance team, you’ll strengthen financial controls, support decision‑making, and help us scale effectively as the business grows.

• Carry out daily operational tasks to support the Finance team and wider business.
• Deliver excellent customer service to stakeholders across the organisation.
• Maintain accurate financial records and use company systems to update information.
• Follow internal procedures, audit requirements, and compliance standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and lean working practices across Finance.

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash‑flow planning.
• Work closely with department heads to track and analyse financial performance.
• Assist with year‑end audit, statutory accounts, and regulatory compliance.
• Enhance financial processes to support efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Provide insight and analysis to support strategic planning and growth initiatives.
