Finance Business Partner

The role is permanent and can be based at either the company sites in Widnes, Cheshire or Leek, Staffordshire. The successful candidate must be able to visit both sites and will be based on a hybrid basis, with some travel to the head office on occasion.

As a Finance Business Partner you will work closely with the senior leadership team to provide financial information on production performance, costs and operational KPIs. Your responsibilities include:

• Leading the monthly close and variance analysis.
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and forward planning for the manufacturing facility.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The successful applicant will have:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing and costing environment.
• Preferably CIMA/ACCA qualified or part qualified.
• Well‑developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sound leadership abilities, with the capacity to influence and challenge the status quo.
• Strong analytical and investigative approach to deliver key financial information across the business.
