Junior Accountant

An established and growing organisation is seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join its finance team. • Support the day-to-day financial operations of the business, with a particular focus on sales ledger management, customer accounts, and billing processes.
• Raise and process invoices, monitor outstanding balances, allocate payments, and assist with debt management activities.
• Work closely with customers and internal departments, handle account queries, provide excellent customer service, and help ensure timely collection of payments while maintaining strong client relationships.

• Have previous experience within finance or a fast paced administration and customer service
• Be confident managing customer accounts, processing invoices, allocating payments, and monitoring outstanding balances.
• Possess strong communication skills with the ability to liaise professionally with customers and colleagues to resolve account queries.
• Demonstrate excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage workload effectively within a busy environment.
