Commercial Finance Analyst

Location: Staffordshire

We’re recruiting for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join a fast-paced, growing business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2–3 years’ finance experience who is looking to take the next step in their career within a commercially focused role.

Working closely with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain and Transport, you’ll provide insight and analysis to support key business decisions and drive profitability.

Key Responsibilities

* Produce weekly and monthly financial reporting and analysis

* Support forecasting, budgeting and month-end processes

* Deliver sales and margin performance analysis with clear business insight

* Manage accruals, prepayments and overhead reporting

* Partner with operational and commercial teams to support decision-making

* Support audits, internal controls and process improvements

About You

* 2–3 years’ experience in a finance or analyst role

* Strong analytical skills with experience handling large data sets

* Good understanding of accruals and prepayments

* Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders

* Ambitious and keen to progress within commercial finance
