We are recruiting a Strategy and Regeneration Officer to join our shared Economic Development and Regeneration Team working across Cannock Chase District and Stafford Borough Councils. Working together the two councils deliver are delivering a significant amount of grant funded regeneration and are supporting two new local plans from an Economic Development perspective.
The role is varied and no two days will look the same. You could be supporting the creation of an exciting new masterplan and commenting on planning applications in the morning then reviewing the Economic Development Strategy or researching a new initiative in the afternoon.
About you- Experience of supporting the delivery of external commissions such as masterplans or technical studies
- The ability to interpret legislation and draft robust business cases
- Experience of researching and analysing data
- The ability to be flexible and working under pressure to deliver results to tight deadlines
