• Conduct independent NMP clinics weekly and provide expert support to new NMPs and all prescribing, nursing, and recovery staff.
• Champion the development of non‑medical prescribing across the county alongside the Clinical Lead.
• Implement healthcare treatments and procedures like health screenings and blood borne virus screenings.
• Offer clinical supervision monthly, line‑manage nursing staff, and deputise for the Clinical Lead when required.
• Deliver clinical support and mentoring for medical staff within the department.
• Engage in detoxification processes, oversee complex cases, and ensure accurate maintenance of clinical notes.
• Act as a key liaison with various external bodies to ensure comprehensive care pathways for service users.
