Support Worker – Stafford – £12.22 per hour (35 – 42 hours per week). Must hold a full UK driver’s licence. Typical shifts are:

• Early Shift: 7 am–2 pm
• Late Shift: 2 pm–9 pm
• Long Day: 7 am–9 pm
• Night Shift: 9 pm–7 am
• Sleep‑in: 9 pm–7 am

As a support worker, you will help people gain independence in daily life, support a dynamic team, teach skills, assist with personal care, encourage community access, socialise and organise activities such as shopping, cinema outings, and more.

We are looking for people who are resilient, flexible, composed, and have experience with Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans, reflective practice, and working with individuals with autism, learning disabilities and challenging behaviours.
