Support Worker – Stafford

£12.22 per hour (35 – 42 hours per week). Must hold a Full UK Drivers Licence.

As a supporter you will help people gain more independence in their daily lives, assisting with personal care, teaching new life skills, encouraging community access, socialising, and organising activities such as shopping, film evenings and cinema visits.

• Assist individuals with autism, learning disabilities and challenging behaviours.
• Follow Positive Behaviour Support plans and engage in reflective practice.
• Encourage and support independence in daily living activities.
• Work within a dynamic team to deliver a welcoming and friendly environment.
